2. Description of Service
PromiseMelody provides personalized, hand-crafted music created by our creative team based on the stories, memories, and details you share with us. Each song is custom-written and produced specifically for you.
3. Orders and Payments
All orders are processed through Stripe, our secure payment provider. Prices are displayed in your selected currency (GBP, EUR, GBP, or BRL). Once payment is confirmed, your order enters our production queue.
- Standard delivery: 24-48 hours
- Rush delivery (add-on): approximately 30 minutes
- All sales are final — no refunds or revisions
4. No Refunds Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our service, all sales are final. Each song is custom-created based on your unique story and cannot be resold or repurposed. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive a personal license to use, share, and enjoy your custom song for non-commercial purposes. PromiseMelody retains the underlying intellectual property rights to the musical compositions and production.
6. User Content
You are responsible for the stories, names, and details you provide. By submitting content, you confirm that you have the right to share this information and that it does not violate any third-party rights. We use your content solely to create your personalized song.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Submit content that is defamatory, obscene, or hateful
- Resell or commercially redistribute songs created through the Service
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our production process
8. Limitation of Liability
PromiseMelody is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromiseMelody shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on our website.
